When you create an Rich-Oak ID account, purchase a product, download a software update, register for Rich-Oak’s newsletter, connect to our services, contact us including by social media or participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of information about the services that you use and how you use them , including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, device identifiers, IP address, location information, credit card information, local storage, preferred vendor information and ratings and profile information where the contact is via social media, i.e., we collect Personal Information about your transactions with us. We also collect Personal Information about you from other companies. For instance, we may receive Personal Information about you from a consumer reporting agency.

Disclosure to Third Parties
At times Rich-Oak may provide third parties with certain personal information to provide or improve our products and services, including to deliver products at your request, or to help Rich-Oak market to consumers. When we do, we require those third parties to handle it in accordance with relevant laws. Personal information will never be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. For example, when you download and register an account on your handheld device, you authorize Rich-Oak and Operating System developer be it App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), etc. to exchange the information you provide during the activation process to carry out service, including information about your device. If you are approved for service, your account will be governed by Rich-Oak and your Operating System’s respective privacy policies.

You can help ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by signing in to your Rich-Oak ID account page. For other personal information we hold, we will provide you with access (including a copy) for any purpose including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Rich-Oak is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. We may also decline aspects of deletion or access requests if we believe doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes as described earlier. Online tools for the exercise of access, deactivation/restriction, correction, or deletion requests are available on our site.
Compliance and cooperation with regulatory authorities
We retain personal information for the period necessary for the purpose of the information collection described in this Policy or any separate Policy provided for a specific product or the Service, or as required by applicable laws. Detailed retention periods are specified in the specific service or related product page. We will cease to retain and delete or anonymize personal information once the purpose of collection is fulfilled, or after we confirm your request for erasure, or after we terminate the operation of the corresponding product or service. An exception to this is personal information that we are processing for public interest, scientific, historical research or statistical purposes.
